Saturday, November 5th
I decided to take the day off and hang out with some friends all day basically being lazy, stuffing our faces, etc. I realized that when I travel I have to allot myself a day here and there to DO NOTHING. I've made the mistake of overbooking myself on trips before and it does me and/or the photographer no good--I just get burnt out and the photos suffer. There was a time when I'd come to LA and double-book myself for 10 days straight!!! No more of that! By day 10 I'd look like the cryptkeeper!
Later that evening a large group of us headed over to the Clair Obscur gallery in Hollywood to check out my friend David Stoupakis' first solo gallery show. It was absolutely AMAZING and well-received. David is such a brillant and talented artist, it's really exciting to see friends excel at their art and get recognition for it. It was nice to see all of his originals hanging together. And of course, his lovely lady and one of my favorite girlies Aprella was there looking beautiful by his side!
After the show, we all headed over to a Mexican restaurant that was nice enough to stay open later and put up with our gang!!! Stephen McClure noted that it was the second LARGE meal out that we had indulged in all together THAT DAY, so honestly it's amazing I fit into my clothing for the rest of the trip. Fuck man, there's some excellent food in LA though!!!!!
Monday, November 7th
My last day in town (which I double-booked BTW, LOL). I spent the day with MUA Alex L., who did the makeup for my shoot with Stephen McClure during the day and Octavio at night.
We all work really well together so even though the day was very long, both shoots were totally chill. I really like when you've worked with someone several times and it becomes really easy to get into the flow of things. Stephen's a perfectionist but it's so worth it. The final shots are always phenomenal. Here's some pics (there's another one on my front page too):
After we finished shooting the three of us headed to Tokyo Town for some sushi and then Stephen dropped me and Alex off at Octavio's so we could get started.
I LOVE Octavio, I don't think I can stress this enough, so shoots with him are always fun. Alex did a few changes to my hair and makeup and we retreated to Oc's garage to get down to business. He was shooting me in complete darkness with minimal light so Alex had to turn the lights on and off after each shot. I was supposed to stand completely still for the long exposure but Octavio kept SINGING TO ME and making lewd noises!!!!! THERE WAS NO STANDING STILL!!! It took all I had to not fall to the floor in fits of laughter!!!!! Despite that, I think we managed to pull it off--I don't have those photos yet, so you'll have to wait!!!
Alex left after a bit and me and Oc headed over to the Bigfoot Lodge to grab some drinks and so I could meet up with my friend Pia before I went back to NYC (holy shit, I've known that girl for almost a decade now--back when we were little goth chicks with bad eyeliner!!!!). After a few drinks and listening to some BAD KARAOKE (Europ's Final Countdown in particular) it was time to go home and pack up for my flight the next morning.

On 11/4 and 11/6, I did 2 shoots for the new alt-chick site Godsgirls.com, which launches this January. I don't normally do multi-girl sites where I don't get to use the pix for Darenzia.net as well, but this site's different and has a wonderful team backing it, plus I've got some samples to share with you guys here in this entry. I think the site's gonna rock once it's launched! The styling is a little more cutesy then I'm accustomed to but I can't always be serious fetish girl 24/7!!!
My first day of shooting was with Christine Kessler and MUA Angel Jagger. It was a very long day as we had to do 8 different setups, but me and Steen are so comfy shooting together we finished in record time and headed to the Valley after for a big sushi dinner with some friends!!!

On 11/6 I shot at the Godsgirls loft with photographer Matthew Cooke and MUA Jeffree Starr.
The first order of business? Going to Staples in downtown LA to Xerox my face and boobs about 600 times for one of the sets. The employees thought me and the PA were fucking insane--HA! Anyway we shot for a very long time and I posed with another beauty named Belladonna. Samples Ahoy!

Thursday, November 3rd
I was supposed to shoot with a different photographer that day, but he called and cancelled on me earlier in the week. It had been a while since I shot with Sean McCall, so I contacted him to see, if on an off-chance he was free. Luckily he was!!!
I've loved Sean's work for years ever since I first saw it in Marquis. His images of Dita are still some of my favs and a lot of his work was some of my early inspiration in fetish modeling, so I always jump at the chance to collaborate with him and his team. In addition to his talent, Sean is also a positive and kind man, so it's always a pleasure to work with him--the hours in his huge studio always whiz by!
Sean's also starting to shoot a lot of hi-definition video, some of which you will be seeing on this site!
We spent the entire day shooting 3 different sets and then shooting video for each one--2 of the sets and 1 video is already live in the member's section. Trust me--there will be many more collaborations to come!

Wednesday, November 2nd
Got off to a late start with for my shoot with Christine Kessler.
Our makeup artist Sutan came over and treated us to some yummy Thai food before we got started. The agenda of the day? Shooting a bunch of new Syren latex for a fashion spread in the latest Skin Two that's now available. We took our time and shot all day (we all STILL seemed to be recovering from Halloween weekend).
There was a wide variety of shots and I have NO idea which ones they chose for my 4 page spread but here's an odd outtake that I like and I know they didn't choose!

Tuesday, November 1st
The night before after the Bondage Ball a bunch of us decided to take it easy and get some Del Taco (my one and only fast-food indulgence that I partake in when I'm in LA) instead of continuing the party. I wiggled out of my latex outfit and into some comfy jeans in the back of Steen's full truck.
I got some decent sleep so I could be fresh for my shoot with Mitzi and MUA Angel Jagger. We did a couple of really cute pin-up style sets and Angel is a GENIUS at 1940's complicated hairstyles!!!! I can't wait to work with both of them again! Here's a few samples from that shoot of galleries to come!
After the shoot, I feel like I went out to dinner with some people but it's all hazy now! I should write these diary entries the day after they happen. I neeeeeed an Apple powerbook!!!

Monday, October 31st
I woke up early and headed over to my doc's office for a 2 month post-op appt. and was told that everything is healing and as it should be :)
Afterward I had some lunch with the Steener and took a nap (going out every night since Thursday was starting to take it's toll).
Julie Simone came by the house later so we could practice our short little-ballerina act before we got to the venue. Later a huge group of us took off for the Bondage Ball. I was doing the show with Julie plus the Syren fashion show. Here are some pics of me in my show outfit taken by Perry Gallagher:
That show went really great. Then me and Julie did our performance where I acted like a strict ballet teacher who kept whipping and hitting Julie when she would screw up the routine. Julie then turned the tables and tied me up in a arabesque en pointe in retaliation!!!

Feisty Diva and Tim were kind enough to drive me to the airport. After a non-eventful flight Octavio picked me up from the Burbank airport and we went out for some grub and drinks. I always have fun with Oc and it was a nice little low key night compared to SMack! the night before.
Sunday, Oct 30th
Makeup artist and PA to Jesse James Kellie Brandt picked me up early for my shoot with Marco Patino. We shot a couple of different sets and those should be on the site soon--they were a lot of fun to work with!

After shooting, I got some food with Christine Kessler and a few peeps and carved pumpkins before we headed over to the Gods Girls Halloween Party at the Henry Fonda theatre. Meeting a lot of the girls was nice, but the party was really...odd--not really mine or the people I was with's cup of tea. We spent most of the party on the roof and the drinks were so sooooo $$$$$--even more than typical NYC prices!!!!! Luckily, I found a guy dressed like Pee Wee who was kind enough to get me and Betka some Jack Daniels!!!! Anyway, here's a pic of me making an ugly face at the party, I don't smoke so that cig is just for effect!

Friday, October 28th, NYC
Me and the boy were doing the fashion shows for Peacock Blue & Demask for the SMack! party @ Avalon. Feisty Diva had such beautiful feather corsets and headpieces for us to wear for the show and my friend Dani did our makeup -- we looked so pretty!!! Hopefully I'll have some pics of that soon.
After the Peacock Blue show, we headed over to Demask across the street to prepare for that show and so we could partake in some wine :P Here's a pic of the outfit I was wearing that the people at Demask were kind enough to let me borrow for the "Fetish Chateau" video shoot (and upcoming photo set)! This whole photoset from Sean Mc Call is coming soon! That corset makes my boobs look huge!
After all our obligations were done, me, Nicholas, Feisty and her husband Tim decided to relax a little but one disaster after another stuck in the form of flat tires, broken heels and waiters losing bank/credit cards at 7A at 5AM, when Feisty's husband Tim attempted to pay for our late nite dinner. How does a waiter lose a credit card? DUH. Anyway, despite all the late-night mishaps, it was still a great night!

About 2 years ago, cult author Carlton Mellick III approached me and photographer Kyle Cassidy about using some of the pics we did together as inspiration for a novel he was planning on writing. (These pics were some of the first pics I took called "punk rock secret agent" in 2001/2 that got me started down this crazy road) Now he's released that novel with your truly on the cover and as the character "Shark Girl"!
From the author's note:
"I was inspired to write Punk Land after I came across the website of a blue-haired model named Darenzia and a secret agent themed photoshoot she did with photographer Kyle Cassidy. I always wanted to write a Bizarro-style James Bond Story, and after seeing Darenzia as a secret agent with a giant blue mohawk I was inspired to write it."
