Anyone who's been in a bookshop in Heathrow Airport is probably familiar with the section of "sleazy fiction" paperbacks that are available by Virgin/Nexus. It's always amusing recognizing all the various people on the covers.

Good news: hopefully this will work in "my favor" at jury duty tomorrow.

Tues. May 2nd.
Did a shoot in Malibu Canyon with MUA Angel Jagger. Stupidly didn't realize we'd be shooting in the BLAZING SUN. Didn't remember sunscreen until AFTER makeup application. Oh well. Me and nature are not friends. Nature for me is the lake in Central Park!!!! Managed to have a decent shoot and escaped with only a red nose. Upon completion of the shoot, my hands went numb and I felt really odd!!!!!!! I was totally freaking out!!! Angel got me some Benadryl and took me home where I passed out for a bit. Think I had some kind of crazy allergic reaction to something outside (I was lying down in tall grass).
Took Steenie and Howard out for sushi where I had the best spicy tuna EVER. I still felt like poo so I took some more Benadryl and called it an early night. I passed out on the couch sometime around 11 and woke up around 9AM!
Weds. May 3rd
That morning I treated myself to a full-body massage by Steenie's friend who is a fucking awesome pro-masseuse. She came to the house, which was awesome. She dug into that spot on my upper back where I hold all my tension--so painful at first and then "aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!" I felt like a relaxed rubber band after that!!!
Shot with Sean McCall in the afternoon-late evening. Made plans to do stuff after but decided against it. Packed instead. The end.

This trip was really tiring but still oh so good!!!!!! I had tried to schedule days off while I was out there, but it was not to be. The good thing is that I've been kicked into workaholic mode, so motivationally it's ON! Somehow I managed to get really IN SHAPE this past month but have no idea how that happened. Especially since I've been slacking at the gym while traveling. Hmmm. It's good to be home with the boy--I really missed him while I was away.

Mon. May 1st
I was supposed to have a magazine shoot in the afternoon which got postponed until June. I was a little upset when I found out a few days earlier and had resigned myself to a day off but then I got an intriguing email!
Monica Mendez contacted me via my site about doing a shoot with her for her new video line, so I emailed her back about hooking up. Monica shoots stills for Andrew Blake who is like my EROTICA GOD, so she set up a test shoot and a meeting with him and her that day. AHHHHHHHH SOOOO NERVOUS. Andrew shoots the most gorgeous women in the industry so FUCK that's intimidating!!!!!
Monica came to pick me up and she's a gorgeous model herself and SOOOOOOOOOO sweet so I wasn't quite as nervous about shooting :P
We headed out to Venice Beach where I met Andrew and did some fashiony/leggy shots for Monica (her lighting rocks). They were both so awesome and the shoot went really well. It was a ton of fun to hang out with both of them!
Call me a dork, but when you appreciate someone's work for so long and then ya meet them and they're really cool it's a fucking thrill (see my comments on my ErosZine interview early last year). Even if nothing were to ever come from it--man, what a crazy fucking life I lead. Seriously, life rocks. I have a wonderful fiancé, I travel the world, I do something I love, I work with awesome people, I make my own hours--I couldn't even ask for more. If you told me 5 years ago I'd be doing this shit, I'd have laughed in your face!
Anyway, thank you so much Monica for giving me the opportunity!
Later I had a followup with Garth Fisher re:boobs because I am a freak who gets 'em checked everytime I'm in town (LOL). Anyway I had to meet with him re:my chin mole since it's been changing and acting weird and I'm supposed to get it removed. I kinda don't want to but I'm SUPPOSED to--I passed up getting it removed before when I had my boobs done, because it's my face and I love the hairy bugger (yuk!) and people who don't like it can just photoshop it out. UGH. Anyway, I'm sure it will be a small victory for the person who likes to send me hate mail about it (LOL). Oh well--I think a blow to my pride is more acceptable than cancer on my face in the long run! I don't have time to get it done right now anyway, but will have to soon. Blah.
After the doc, I grabbed some quick grub and did a fun 2 hour session at the Den. Later I took cab back to Steen's and met up with Pia briefly for a drink at The Bigfoot.

Thurs. April 27th
Got into Burbank at 10 AM, Steen picked me up and I had just enough time to eat and shower before we headed to my GodsGirls shoot. Met up with Pia who was doing makeup at the location. Shot for many hours. Got my standard LA photoshoot injury scratching my arm on a gilded table (I injure myself somehow each trip). Later I attempted to watch some TV while relaxing with a vodka cran but wound up passing out dead to the world sometime 1/4 into said drink.

Fri. April 28th
Got up at the ass-crack of dawn for my 2nd West Coast Choppers shoot (I had to re-shoot the calendar because my previous pics were "too hot" for Walmart distribution, lol!). This time I was shooting with this big-ass custom Hummer rather than a bike. Shannon Brooke shoots so damn fast we were done reaaaaalllly quickly so I did some snaps for their clothing line. Jesse James' new restaurant, Cisco Burger was having it's grand opening that day (and I was in their ad in the OC Weekly) so me, Shannon and MUA Kellie Brandt headed over to get veggie burgers and join the festivities. Met Sandra Bullock (who is Jesse's wife). She is fucking GORGEOUS in person, I was kinda blown away. Perfect skin!!!!! AAAAHHHHHH.
Anyway, my evening photog. got food poisoning (this is the theme for the day) so the shoot was re-scheduled for Sat. Called Pia who came over to Cisco Burger and met Shannon to set up a test shoot for WCC which she ACED and is gonna be in the 2008 calendar--woooo hoooo.
Later that evening we met back up with Steenie and Howard and were joined by crazy Sutan (my friend and makeup artist who is also the main MUA on America's Next Top Model) and his friend at a Mexican restaurant. Grilled Sutan for ANTM gossip....fucking non-disclosure agreements. Food was SO GOOD going down but my belly did not appreciate it later.......and I'm sure those in my general vicinity didn't appreciate it too much either....
Got dragged against my will to "Fetish Disco". Not feeling "Fetish Disco" very much. Pulled on my red latex catsuit and tried to have a good time--BELLY WAS NOT HAPPY. Seeing Sutan dressed as Wonder Woman made my pain well worth it. Bitch can work it! Should have went to tranny bar instead.... Ok, I did run into a couple of people it was nice to see and apparently I somehow totally missed seeing my old friends Jennifer and Veronica, which makes me VERY sad.
Sat. April 29th
Nursed painful belly and slight hangover. Hung out with my woman Miss Conduct and we both had a brief and easy bondage shoot in the early evening. After a bunch of us headed over to The Bigfoot Lodge where I talked Octavio's ear off all night and finally met a couple of people I had only talked to online in the flesh. Spent da night at Miss Con's.
Sun. April 30th
Shot custom vid and personal work with Danielle Emerick and MUA Angel Jagger . Did some cool outdoor stuff in the "Miracle Mile" district of LA--really pretty neighborhood--totally Art Deco. Did nothing that night but pass out COLD from exhaustion.

Also, I hardly ever smile in pictures (I'm oh-so-serious--lol!) but a bunch of ya told me you like it when I smile--so here ya go! This shoot was so much fun!!!!! Marquis always makes me feel right at home when I shoot with them. Peter, Bianca, Astrid & Sandra really know how to make a make a woman look and feel beautiful!
