I had a pretty good chill weekend. Friday afternoon I shot a short bondage film. I haven't done many bondage shoots lately so I was so sore! After, me and Nicholas went out to what was gonna be a simple, quick dinner but we succumbed to the call of the mojito and it soon turned into a party! I never made it back to the Den that night!
Saturday I had a girl's night out with some of my favorite girlies. There was much debauchery! Sunday was LAAAAAZY. I caught up on episodes of Battlestar Galactica (that show is soooooooooo fucking good!) and just lazed around.
I have a lot to do today though, so I should get movin'!

Here's a preview of the next update!

Today I have a bondage video shoot in the afternoon and in the evening I'll be hosting a party at the Den of Iniquity here in NYC.
Tomorrow it's a girls night out with Aprella, Veritee Hill, Dani and some of my other gal pals!
I've also got to get my shit together with all the traveling I'm going to be doing soon--trips to San Francisco, Montreal, Atlanta, Germany and maybe even LA again and Florida are in the works.
In other news -- lemme tell ya, having cramps SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday, January 22nd
My final full day in town. Spent most of it shooting with Ken Marcus. It had been almost 2 years since I shot with him and figured it was high time to collaborate again. I've known Ken since my Penthouse days and workin' with him was one of the good things that came from my years there. I have a lot of repect for Ken and he's just as respectful of me. He's been so successful in the industry and has produced great work consistently for almost 30 years so working with him is a breeze and I always get great advice when I talk to him.
We shot 2 sets, one of which is already up in the member's section and another set with me wearing some cute latex lingerie. We just chilled for a bit, talked business, got some more insight into the industry, etc. All in all it was a great productive day. Very laid back.
I headed back to Steen's and did a quick little shoot with Lithium Picnic and hung out with him and Apnea for a bit.
Later that evening I got dragged out to The Rainbow for dinner and drinks and ran into some people I met at the Neu Wave Hookers party I was at on Friday--the world is so small!! This group of dudes at the next table handed us a card for the movie "Atomic Vixens" and I was like "Holy Shit! My friend Oc did all the photos on that film!" And lo and behold it was the director and a bunch of peeps Oc knew. So after we left The Rainbow, we decided to crash Octavio's house where we hung out for a few hours before I headed back to Steen's to pack.
Monday, January 23rd
Went out to breakfast with Steen & Miss Conduct at Bob's Big Boy (a tradition before I fly home). They took me to the airport where I was plagued by delays, being re-routed, almost crashing and about 50 other problems that can occur with air travel. I didn't get home to NYC until 3AM!!!!!!

Saturday, January 20th
Angel Jagger picked me up and we headed over to Danielle Emerick's and got ready for our shoot there. It was to make up for the shoot I missed the Sunday before when I hurt myself. We had limited time that day so we only had time to shoot some custom stuff for a fan and didn't have a chance to do any personal work (next trip!). I'd never worked with Danielle before but we'd been talking on MySpace for a while--I think we found each other via Emily Marilyn. She was really cool and great to work with!
After, me and Angel stopped for sushi before heading over to Amy Rivera's friends house to shoot with Angela Ryan & Heidi Van Horne. Unfortunately Heidi fell ill and couldn't make it (wah) but me and Angela had a great time shooting with Amy and Angel :)
Such a long day!!!! I was exhausted! I think some people came over that night and we just chilled. Nice and low key--which is how my life is normally when I'm not traveling--when I'm in NYC I'm a homebody! Here's a sample:

Friday, January 20th
I took the day off from shooting, and was glad for it. I spent most of the day lazin' around. Later that night I went out to the Spaghetti Factory for a big group dinner organized by Sonny Black.
It was really nice getting together in an intimate setting with some new and old friends--some of my fav people were there, including the Gwen Media peeps, Rubberella, Anastasia Pierce and her man, Perry Gallagher and a couple of other people I met that night including the gorgeous Damiana Chi.
After some grub and a couple of drinks, my favorite partner in crime when I'm out in LA Octavio arrived at the restaurant in order to drag me to a party against my will!!!! HA!
We arrived at Miss Kitty's, where there was a release party for Eon McKai's Neu Wave Hookers. Oc is such a bad influence on me but I love it because he is so much fun to hang out with!!!! I could only stay out for a bit because I wanted to get some sleep and be well rested for my shoots the following day--even the lure of Oc buying me Jack and Cokes couldn't break down my resolve. Met some cool peeps at the party including Justine Joli who is just as gorgeous in person as she is on film!!! She's a totally natural hottie and really sweet too!
After about 30/45 minutes, I had Oc take me home so I could sleep and be fresh the next day--which is good because it was a looooong day! I promise I'll keep up more next time!

Thursday, January 19th
I got up pretty early in the day because I thought I might make up for the shoot I missed on Sunday because of my injury, but poor Danielle got food poisoning the night before and couldn't shoot!! It seemed like me and her were DOOMED!!!!! So, we rescheduled for the weekend.
I was shooting with Mitzi and MUA Angel Jagger (I'd been seeing a lot of her that week!) in the late afternoon at The Brewery so I chilled out and got ready for that shoot.
We shot a fuckton of cutsey pin-up stuff in her friend's designs so once I get the images I will post 'em!
After the shoot, Mitzi took us all out to dinner and we had a few drinks and relaxed. Afterward, I headed back to Steen's where I chilled out with a couple of peeps who stopped by. I think that's the night me, Steen, Apnea & Philip played drunken Cranium until the wee hours of the morning!

Tues. Jan. 17 & Weds. Jan. 18
Emma Wilcox always takes me on an adventure and this time was no exception. We headed off to Lake Arrowhead/Twin Peaks, CA to a remote cabin high up in the mountains! A bunch of us caravaned from Los Angeles--me, MUA Angel Jagger, Emma & her friend. Brits Morrigan Hel and her hubby were driving from Vegas to meet us as well.
Despite me still feeling ill and injured I had a great time!!! Unfortunately a bunch of us stopped for some Mexican takeout in San Bernadino before we headed up the mountain which didn't sit too well with us later......(I'll just end that tangent there--7 people, 1 tiny cabin, 1 bathroom--you figure it out, LOL)
As soon as we got to the cabin we immediately started on hair and makeup and got to work until around 1AM when we all finally got to relax and have a couple of drinks. We shot stuff from designers Peacock Blue, Demask, Exquisite Restraint, Torture Garden & Velda Lauder.
It was a really long day but worth it!! I always have sooo much fun with Emma, she's one of my favorite photographers! And I always have a blast with Angel! Morrigan is one of my favorite people to party with so it was great to spend time with her and her hubby.
The next morning we got up and started all over again--but we had to hurry and be done by 3--most of the day's shooting was outside of the cabin and FUCK it was cold!!! One day I'll do a shoot with Emma when I'm not freezing my ass off!!!!!
When we finished, me and Angel headed down the mountain and back to LA. The view from that high was amazing! What a lovely drive!

Monday, January 16th
I was still reeling from my injury so I took it really easy and spent most of the morning with my legs elevated and covered in ice. I'm getting too old for acrobatics!! BAH! I went for a followup appt at my boob doctor (I popped in for a 4 month post-op check) and got the A-ok, then had a nice sushi lunch with Steen and another friend.
Later I was scheduled to do another shoot with Sean McCall that I really did not want to cancel!!! So, despite me feeling really ill with wobbly knees, I still did the shoot. Luckily the arnica really helped the bruising but internally my legs were NOT GOOD (and they're still not). But I pulled it through and we managed to shoot 3 sets and 2 videos (by 10PM all I wanted to do was lay in ice!!!).

All in all it was still a great shoot despite my pain!!!! After, I caught a chill late dinner with a friend and then went back to Steen's, got into my jammies, iced my legs and went to bed! My ass should really go to the doctor and get this checked out soon! BAH! Let's just say this girl learned a very valuable lesson the hard way. No more stupid human tricks!!!!

Saturday, January 14th
I was so exhausted from how hectic Friday was that I was happy to have gotten a decent night's rest. In the morning I got ready for my shoot with Steve Diet Goedde--I couldn't believe it's been almost 3 years since we shot together! Anyway, we had a great shoot inside and out of The Stockroom's warehouse. It was cold and dirty (and rainy!) but I think we managed to get some cool stuff shot!
I headed back to Steen's for some quick lunch, then I was picked up by Lolo for some glamour and light bondage shooting. Lolo and his girlfriend were really awesome to work with and I had a ton of fun. Here's a shot of me in one of my new custom Vex dresses that James got for me (thank you James!).
After they dropped me off at Steen's I got ready for the big group dinner Skin Two editor Tony Mitchell had planned at a Mexican Restaurant. Tons of people showed up--Venus, Gear, Miss Conduct, Stephen McClure, Dave Naz, Nikki Vega, Hollywood Geisha, Veronica, Pia & Perish, Apnea & Philip (who were also staying with me & Steen), and so many more! We had a great dinner and a couple of drinks (Stephen McClure MADE me do shots in retaliation for something I did to him in Atlanta the previous week). With a full belly and a nice buzz, we headed over to Bar Sinister to continue the party.
Unfortunately when we got to Bar Sinister they wouldn't let Apnea in because she didn't have her id!! Oh well--after a quick breeze-through of the club we decided to take the party back to Steen's but first decided to take a trip to Von's (a local grocery store) for supplies! Here's where the PAIN begins!
First, let's say that I had injested a record amount of tequila by this point (all Mr. McClure's fault). I'm a jokester and I do stupid shit to make people laugh even when it puts my life at risk (this is heightened with alcohol)! I decided to hop into the grocery cart while we all did our shopping! While in the cart, I mentioned that getting out would probably be dangerous since my boots had no treads on them and that it was easy to slip. Uuhhhhhhh---yeah......let's just say when I "dismounted" the cart in the checkout line my feet slid back and I came crashing to the ground on both my knees!!!! Apparently my face hit the floor too but there wasn't any damage. I literally landed FACE DOWN UNDERNEATH THE CART!!!!!! As I (and everyone else) was laughing I knew I would hurt the next day!!! AND I DID!!!!! I severely bruised my knees and they were swollen for a few days! Not fun! (But hilarious looking back on it) Kids, do not try this at home!
(I would like to note that the Smirnoff vodka in the cart personally offends my fine liquor sensibilities both as a Russian and as woman of decent taste, LOL)
More stupidity in the candids from that night here. I noticed that I snarl a lot in candid photos! NOT attractive!
Sunday, January 15th
PAIN and lots of it! I was supposed to shoot with Danielle Emerick w/ makeup by Angel Jagger that day but my knees were so fucked up I had to postpone it until the following weekend (which I hated doing!). Luckily, it all worked out in the end and I was able to get some rest so I'd be ok to work the rest of the week (which thankfully I was). I spent the whole day at Steen's resting with ice and my knees elevated. Later that night Tony Mitchell stopped by and took me, Steen, Philip & Apnea out for dinner for his last night in LA. It was nice and low key, which is just what I needed!!!
